ServiceNow Developer

The candidate will be a member of the team responsible for implementing and maintaining state‑of‑the‑art Business Applications on the ServiceNow platform.

As a ServiceNow Developer you will develop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application, maintain and enhance existing modules and flows to adapt them to clients' needs.

• Develop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application
• Fix defects in ServiceNow modules
• Adapt existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing requirements
• Administration and configuration of existing ServiceNow modules
• Write documentation and procedures, document source code with comments, and produce technical documentation
• Implement corrective actions
• Report progress, issues, and problems to the supervisor; provide lessons learned and suggestions to optimize work processes

• Solid experience with AngularJS and/or ServiceNow Service Portal development
• Strong experience with ITSM application development and customization
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs)
• Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and CSDM concepts
• Experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) is highly desirable
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Comfortable performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices
• Fluent in English, with the ability to clearly present ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required:

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
