Overview

FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM SEPTEMBER

We are looking for an engaged and passionate WW Omnichannel Operations Intern to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Your Impact

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Supporting boutiques and regional teams in the implementation of Omnichannel projects (UAT execution, testing coordination, follow-up activities)
• Collecting, analyzing and reporting operational and retail data
• Supporting the redesign and maintenance of the Store Handbook
• Preparing presentations and project documentation for Omnichannel initiatives
• Supporting the organization and coordination of Omnichannel meetings, workshops and training sessions
• Monitoring project progress and following up on action items with internal stakeholders

Qualification

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor/Master's Degree
• Fluent in English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, interpret and present data effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
• Curiosity and proactivity
• Previous academic experience in the Retail field will be considered a plus
