In this role you will support the hotel's sales strategy and revenue growth across key segments, working with the Director of Sales and Marketing. You will contribute to achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, and building long‑term client relationships. You will balance strategic thinking with day‑to‑day commercial execution while upholding brand standards. - Support implementation of the hotel's sales strategy across assigned segments (transient, group, corporate, leisure).
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Assist in achieving room, group, and catering revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and key partners.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, client meetings, and networking activities.
- Support proposals, contracts, and commercial follow‑up to aid business conversion.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales leadership on forecasting and planning.
- Maintain accurate account data, reporting, and sales activity tracking.
- Review performance results and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with operational teams to ensure smooth execution of contracted business.
- Represent the hotel in line with the elevated service culture of W Rome.
- Previous experience in hospitality sales or luxury commercial environments.
- Strong understanding of group, transient, and corporate segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Commercial mindset with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid EU Passport or Italy work permit.
