About Us Della Calza SPA & Foresteria is a luxury hospitality destination located in the heart of Florence, within the historic Convitto della Calza. The property features a charming guesthouse, the largest and most prestigious SPA in Florence's historic city center, a bistrot, and a collection of unique event spaces dedicated to corporate events, weddings, private celebrations, photo shoots, fashion shows, and cultural events, including the exclusive FRAC Event Hall, located within the historic Ex Cenacolo della Calza.
To support the continued growth of our project, we are looking for a passionate, dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our commercial development, strengthen our brand positioning and contribute to making Della Calza SPA & Foresteria one of Florence's leading luxury hospitality and event destinations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities across the corporate, MICE, private events and wedding segments.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and contracts.
Organize and conduct site inspections, presenting the property's event spaces and hospitality services to prospective clients.
Build and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, wedding planners, DMCs, tour operators and strategic partners.
Achieve sales targets by promoting the venue, hospitality services and food & beverage offerings.
Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities and develop commercial strategies.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure outstanding customer experiences and seamless event execution.
Coordinate, together with our marketing agency, the overall communication and digital marketing strategy, ensuring that all activities align with the company's commercial objectives and brand positioning.
Oversee the editorial calendar, providing direction, ideas and content to our marketing agency while ensuring consistency with the brand identity across all communication channels.
Coordinate and monitor social media and digital advertising campaigns managed by our marketing agency, reviewing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of newsletters and email marketing campaigns in collaboration with our marketing agency, ensuring quality, consistency and timely delivery.
Monitor the performance of all marketing initiatives, sharing objectives, feedback and optimization strategies with the agency to continuously improve results.

The Ideal Candidate

Has 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing roles within the luxury hospitality, hotel, events, MICE or lifestyle sectors.
Has proven experience in commercial development for corporate events, weddings, private events and strategic partnerships.
Demonstrates excellent sales, negotiation and business development skills.
Has experience coordinating digital marketing and communication activities, preferably in collaboration with external marketing agencies.
Is highly results-oriented and motivated by achieving ambitious commercial goals.
Possesses outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Is highly organized, proactive and capable of managing multiple commercial opportunities and marketing projects simultaneously.
Has a strong understanding of the hospitality and events market in Florence and is able to build valuable relationships with companies, event agencies, wedding planners, DMCs, tour operators and local partners.
Understands digital marketing, social media and email marketing strategies, and is capable of coordinating and evaluating these activities without being directly responsible for their operational execution.
Has experience coordinating external suppliers and agencies while ensuring consistency, quality and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Is fluent in both Italian and English.
