Reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager EMEA, you will transform data into insights that drive smarter decisions, stronger customer experiences and sustainable eCommerce growth across the region. Working at the intersection of analytics, digital commerce and business strategy, you will identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion and retention, helping maximize performance across the customer journey. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage data, experimentation and AI-powered tools to unlock growth opportunities and support the evolution of our digital business. /ppbr / /ppstronguKey Responsibilities: /u /strong /pulliOwn digital performance analysis and reporting across B2C and B2B channels in the EMEA region, transforming data into actionable insights that drive growth, profitability and customer value. /liliMonitor and optimize key eCommerce and B2B KPIs across the customer journey, including traffic, product views, product clicks, add to cart, checkout steps, conversion rate, average order value, units per transaction and revenue. /liliPartner with Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM and Digital Product teams to identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion and retention. /liliLead web analytics and customer journey analysis through platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Contentsquare, ensuring data accuracy and measurement consistency. /liliIdentify conversion barriers, customer pain points and revenue leakage opportunities, defining and evaluating A/B testing and optimization initiatives. /liliGenerate business and merchandising insights through customer behavior and product performance analysis, supporting commercial decision-making. /liliSupport budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes, developing performance scenarios and monitoring results against targets. /liliLeverage AI-powered tools and advanced analytics to automate reporting, improve forecasting accuracy and accelerate insight generation. /li /ulpbr / /ppstronguThe Ideal Candidate: /u /strong /pulli4+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, eCommerce Performance, CRO, Business Analytics or similar roles, ideally within consumer goods, retail, luxury or direct-to-consumer environments. /liliStrong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and digital analytics platforms; br / experience with Contentsquare, Google Merchant Center and A/B testing tools is a plus. /liliSolid understanding of eCommerce economics, digital performance metrics and their impact on commercial results. /liliProven experience translating complex data into clear business recommendations and influencing decisions across different stakeholder groups. /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving and forecasting capabilities, combined with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. /liliFamiliarity with AI-powered analytics solutions; br / knowledge of Shopify, SQL or Python would be an advantage. /liliExcellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international and cross-functional environment. /liliFluent in English. /lili… and of course a chocolate and gelato lover! /li /ulpbr / /ppstronguWhat We Offer: /u /strong /pulliCelebrate Success: Annual results-based bonus, with the option to convert it into welfare benefits. /liliFlexibility and Balance: Benefit from flexible working hours and hybrid work options. /liliGlobal Vision, Local Flavour: Join a passionate, creative team where innovation thrives.
