Our capabilities include programme, project, cost, asset and commercial management, controls and performance, procurement and supply chain, net zero and digital solutions.Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Real Estate Hospitality team to help guide our clients and their professional teams on a number of exciting projects across Italy.MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLETo lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex projectsTo act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standardsProject management, to include:Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client’s overall objectivesLeading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parametersPlanning for and the ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environment issuesEstablishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout projectProject planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project planAdvising upon the procurement of resourcesLeading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project teamMonitoring and applying performance management techniques, including the use of KPI’s to improve project performanceManaging the change control processMonitoring and advising upon project financesManaging the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communicationsEnsuring the production of formal project progress and other reportsTaking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stagesQualificationsExperience of 4 to 10 years in real estate projects, ideally in hospitalityA proven track record of delivering high quality project management services across the full project lifecycleFluent Italian and English language skillsDegree in civil engineering, architecture or similarAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
