Analyst, Supply Planning

Overview

Analyst Supply Planning plays a key role in managing finished goods inventory across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with procurement, logistics, customer service and manufacturing sites to align replenishment plans with regional guidelines. You'll monitor performance, adjust allocations and support product changes for your SKU portfolio. This role offers regional exposure within a global FMCG company and opportunities to drive ERP and process improvements. You will contribute to ensuring product availability and efficient inventory management in a dynamic market.

Responsabilità

• Define action plans to optimize inventory across locations
• Provide inventory analysis and reports (ERP, reporting tools)
• Monitor ERP allocations and adjust by markets per guidelines
• Track inbound shipments from manufacturing and suppliers
• Ensure product availability at European warehouses and perform weekly replenishments
• Support global supply planning activities from a regional basis
• Initiate and drive ERP and process improvements
• Interact with Customer Service and Local supply chain teams
• Participate in reviews on operations, quality and improvements
• Monthly KPI updates and root cause analysis on main supply chain losses

Requisiti fondamentali

• University Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• Internship or 1 year experience in Planning
• Fluent in English and good level of Italian
• Solid Supply Planning skills ideally in FMCG
• ERP systems experience (SAP ECC, PLM and/or Kinaxis Maestro) and advanced Excel
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Drive for results and quality oriented
• Strong customer orientation and ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Pro-active, persuasive and flexible attitude
• You must be legally eligible to work in country of application
