RIF 3749: MARKETING MANAGER – GROWING NATIONAL BRAND (BASED IN NORTHERN ITALY, NEAR LAKE GARDA &[...] - Veneto, Italy padova, veneto, Italy Company: JR Italy Client / Employer: Arethusa Marketing Manager Per una realtà strutturata, attiva a livello nazionale e caratterizzata da un forte orientamento alla crescita, siamo alla ricerca un/una Marketing Manager con comprovata esperienza nella gestione strategica e operativa. La figura guiderà l’intera funzione Marketing, con l’obiettivo di incrementare brand awareness, ricavi e customer loyalty attraverso strategie integrate digital e offline. Sede di lavoro: Veneto occidentale ResponsabilitàDefinire e implementare il piano marketing annuale in coerenza con gli obiettivi aziendali. Guidare il posizionamento del brand e lo sviluppo della comunicazione su tutti i canali. Supervisionare campagne digital (performance marketing, social media, CRM, SEO/SEM) e partnership strategiche. Analizzare dati e KPI per migliorare le performance commerciali e ottimizzare il customer journey. Coordinare il team interno di Marketing e Comunicazione e le agenzie esterne coinvolte. Supportare vendite ed eventi attraverso iniziative mirate e progetti dedicati. Gestire il budget marketing garantendo efficienza, controllo e ottimizzazione degli investimenti. Monitorare trend di mercato, competitor e opportunità di sviluppo del servizio e dell’esperienza cliente. Qualifiche Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione o discipline affini; MBA o Master costituiscono un plus. Almeno 10 anni di esperienza in ruoli di responsabilità marketing, preferibilmente nei settori Leisure, Wellness, Hospitality o Entertainment. Solida competenza in digital marketing, brand management e analisi dati. Ottime capacità di leadership, project management e collaborazione trasversale con le diverse funzioni aziendali. Creatività, orientamento al risultato e forte attitudine data-driven. Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali, in italiano e inglese. #J-18808-Ljbffr
