Distribution Service Engineer - Italy

ph3Your mission /h3 pSungrow is seeking a Distribution Service Engineer for Italy who combines technical expertise with customer support to enable clean energy growth. You will help partners and customers get the best from our solutions in a fast-moving, collaborative service environment. /p ul liManage hotline and ticket support for distributors, installers, and end users across the Italian market. /li liDeliver technical training sessions for distributors and installers to strengthen product knowledge and service quality. /li liSupport onsite troubleshooting activities together with the Partner Success Manager. /li liJoin selected pre-sales customer visits in close collaboration with the Account Manager. /li liCreate and maintain FAQs, online learning content, and technical documentation for the region. /li liPrepare regular service and performance reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual review cycles. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and background: /p ul liBachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field. /li liAt least 3 years of experience in after-sales, technical support, or service within PV, ESS, OM, or a similar energy-related environment. /li liStrong interest in clean-tech and a customer-focused approach to solving technical challenges. /li liFluent in Italian and English at C1 level; Chinese language skills are a plus. /li liComfort with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new tools and internal systems. /li liIndependent, focused, adaptable work style in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. /li liWillingness to travel occasionally, approximately 5–10% within the local market and to the wider EU service team. /li /ul h3Why us? /h3 pJoin our Distribution Service team and help shape the customer experience in one of Europe’s most exciting clean energy markets.
