Solution Designer

ppThe Solution Designer / IT Integrator is responsible for translating business objectives, functional requirements and non-functional requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable end-to-end technical solutions. /p pThe role acts as the bridge between Business, Architecture and Engineering, ensuring technical coherence across systems, applications, integrations and data flows while supporting successful delivery outcomes. /p pThe Solution Designer / IT Integrator drives solution feasibility, end-to-end design, technical alignment and implementation governance throughout the initiative lifecycle. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Business Solution Analysis /h3 ul liAnalyse business requirements, Epics and User Stories. /li liSupport shaping and feasibility activities. /li liPerform impact assessments across applications, services and business processes. /li liEnsure traceability between requirements and technical implementation. /li /ul h3Solution Design /h3 ul liDesign end-to-end technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles. /li liDefine integration patterns, APIs, events, data flows and system interactions. /li liProduce solution documentation and technical specifications. /li liEnsure compliance with security, resilience and operational requirements. /li /ul h3Delivery Support /h3 ul liSupport backlog refinement and User Story decomposition. /li liCollaborate with development teams during implementation. /li liDrive technical decision-making and design reviews. /li liSupport testing, deployment and production readiness activities. h3Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liCollaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers and Business stakeholders. /li liManage technical dependencies across squads and domains. /li liFacilitate workshops and solution alignment sessions. /li liCommunicate risks, assumptions and constraints. /li /ul h3Quality Governance /h3 ul liPromote engineering excellence and best practices. /li liEnsure alignment with architecture, security and compliance standards. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives. /li liSupport operational stability and problem resolution activities. /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liSolution Design /li liAPI Design /li liSecurity by Design /li liDevSecOps /li liObservability Monitoring /li liSystems Integration /li liAgile Delivery /li liTechnical Documentation /li liStakeholder Management /li liFacilitation /li liDecision Making /li liStrategic Thinking /li liCoaching Mentoring /li /ul h3Education General Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liAt least 6 years of experience in the role /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. /li liStrong customer-centric mindset. /li liFluent English (written and spoken). /li /ul h3Preferred Technologies /h3 pThe specific technology stack may vary by domain.
