As an engineering-focused company, we provide an opportunity to be part of the team that further innovates, markets, sells and supports the power modules that drive key advancements in AI, electric vehicles, and aerospace. /p h3Position /h3 pThe main responsibility of the FAE position is to proactively support Vicor power solutions into various market opportunities incl /p ulliHigh Performance Computing /li /ul pThis involves coordination with Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Internal Business Partner while providing pre-and post-Sales technical support including product selection based on the customer’s application needs, product introduction and DIN assistance from an electrical, mechanical and thermal aspect, and troubleshooting customer systems if required. /p ul liArticulate technology, power architectures, and product positioning to both business and technical users /li liBusiness /Relationship development focused /li liDirect – business development done directly with customers and their technical community /li liDistribution – business development done in conjunction with channel partners at target accounts /li liCapture technical requirements and architecture of a customer’s system and act as the liaison to Product Line Engineers /li liEstablish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle to the customer engineering staff /li liSchematic review and project support on existing customer programs /li liCoverage of incoming customer phone and e-mail technical inquiries /li liRegular customer visits requiring 30-50% travel /li liPrepare content and conduct technical seminars and conferences /li liProvide product training to selected customers across the various segments /li liAssist with hand-on product evaluations in local LAB /li liEnable Channel Demand Creation supporting the respective Organization by Technically qualifying new opportunities and helping to increase the conversion rate from New Design identified to Design Win /li liSupporting customers channel customer on technical issues /li liVisiting channel customers for application engineering support /li liVisiting Distribution Branch Offices for technical product trainings/presentations /li /ul h3Qualifications, Experience and Attributes /h3 ul liThe candidate must have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, a minimum of 5 years related experience in either analog/power supply design or analog-based applications engineering /li liGood understanding of analog circuit designs /li liSelf-motivated, hardworking, results orientated, problem solver focused on driving business /li liA high level of interpersonal skills, ability to present to audiences /li liMaintain a balance between short-term achievement and long-term development /li liBusiness acumen /li liFluent in written and spoken English and Italian /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
