Income Auditor & General Cashier

Supporting this vision requires strong financial controls, attention to detail, and a dedication to operational excellence. /ppWe are currently seeking an Income Auditor General Cashier to join our Finance team. /ppThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate revenue reporting, performing daily reconciliations, maintaining internal controls, and overseeing cash handling and banking activities in line with company procedures and accounting standards. /ph3Key responsibilities include: /h3ulliAnalysing and verifying all revenue transactions from departments including Rooms, FB, Spa, and other outlets /liliPreparing and distributing the Daily Revenue Report with accuracy and timeliness /liliUploading daily revenue and statistics journals into SUN System, ensuring all revenues are captured and balanced /liliInspecting all supporting documentation to confirm the integrity of management reports /liliReconciling credit card and other payment methods with PMS systems /liliPreparing rebates, voids, complimentary and allowance summaries for management approval /liliMonitoring rate changes, discounts, and adjustments for proper authorization /liliConducting daily income audits and reconciling sales and payments by department /liliPreparing monthly financial reports and assisting in audits and statements /liliEnsuring compliance with financial policies and internal control procedures /liliWorking closely with operational departments to ensure accurate recording of all income-related transactions /li /ulh3Who We’re Looking For: /h3ulliMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality /liliProven expertise in hotel accounting and point-of-sale systems /liliFluency in English and Italian (written and spoken) /liliStrong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills /liliHigh level of confidentiality and attention to detail /liliDegree in Economics or related field /liliKnowledge of Sun System, Opera Cloud, Simphony, Book4Time, and Adaco is a plus /liliExcellent Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency /liliA proactive, collaborative mindset and the legal right to work in Italy /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pAt Corinthia Rome, we offer the opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement. /ppWorking within our Finance team, you will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy and control while benefiting from ongoing training, career development opportunities, and the support of an international luxury hospitality group. /ph3Salary: /h3p€28,000 to €35,000 gross annual salary (RAL), depending on experience and qualifications, together with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional development. /ppWe are committed to recognizing talent, rewarding excellence, and providing an environment in which our people can thrive and develop their careers. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
