What you will learn

• Develop and apply quantitative analysis to design, monitor, and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives.
• Support the commercial team by helping them understand and implement marketing levers, maximizing impact and business results.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure successful execution of promotional activities.
• Use digital tools to manage data, extract meaningful insights, support strategic decision‑making, and prepare detailed presentations for management.

What we are looking for

• Degree – preferably in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Languages – fluent Italian and good knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Technical skills – excellent knowledge of Office package, particularly Excel.
• Soft skills – initiative, analytical and organizational skills, teamwork orientation, strong communication and relational abilities; passion for automotive industry is a plus.
