PRADA Internal Communication and Employee Engagement Senior Specialist

The candidate will have autonomy in managing projects and budgets, working closely with multiple teams acting as a central point of contact for cross-departmental communication projects, promoting collaboration and awareness among teams. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pIn this role, you will: /ph3Create Contents and manage internal Communication campaigns /h3ulliSupport the management of the global Internal Communications plan, ensuring alignment with company priorities and the timely delivery of consistent messages. /liliPlan and coordinate engagement campaigns and initiatives to promote company culture, values, and employee engagement, with a focus on inclusion and sustainability. /liliDevelop engaging, clear, and impactful messaging that resonates with diverse employee audiences across all levels of the organization. /li /ulh3Execute the Employer Branding Group Strategy /h3ulliCraft and curate the Group employer branding message across channels. /liliDevelop and implement employer branding initiatives aimed at strengthening the company's image as an attractive employer. /liliCreate and implement social media strategies that engage prospective talent and foster brand loyalty among current employees. /liliBuild partnerships with universities, professional organizations, and industry groups to expand the company's talent pipeline and branding reach. /liliPlan and participate in events, such as career fairs, campus recruiting events, and industry networking events, to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice. /li /ulh3Knowledge And Skills /h3pAt least 4 years of experience in a similar role. /ppStrong project and budget management skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving and organization. /ppExceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for a variety of audiences. /ppProactivity is a must, creative approach is also welcome. /ppFluent in Italian and English. /ppThe role is based in Milan. /ppRAL: From 40.000 Gross Annual /ppJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
