In this role, you will own the delivery phase, ensuring seamless and data-informed project execution, strong client trust, and continuous improvement of the learning experience. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan, manage, and monitor project deliveries, coordinating faculty, client agendas, and key stakeholders. /li liExecute programs designed by our Learning Innovation Designers, refining and translating them into clear delivery plans and detailed session flows. /li liContribute directly to delivery, taking an active client-facing role in the room and, at times, leading parts of the experience firsthand. /li liManage communications with all stakeholders (participants, business leaders, suppliers), ensuring clarity and alignment identifying and resolving project issues proactively. /li liMonitor progress against objectives, including project economics, while identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to optimise workflows through AI. /li liOversee all operational aspects of delivery — logistics, catering, platforms, and learning tools — optimising processes where possible. /li /ul h3About you /h3 pIdeally, you are a Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience in the learning or corporate training environment. /p ul liYou bring solid project management experience in Learning, Education, or Innovation contexts, with exposure to corporate clients and structured program delivery. /li liYou are comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders, balancing operational excellence with financial discipline. /li liYou actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work to support planning, information synthesis, coordination, and execution, making them an integrated part of your workflow. /li liYou have a solid understanding of, and genuine interest in, AI and its business applications, and you would feel comfortable navigating AI-related conversations. /li liYou demonstrate strong client management and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both participants and senior stakeholders. /li liYou show resilience, organisation, and accountability in fast‑paced environments, maintaining quality under pressure. /li liYou have a genuine interest in innovation and digital transformation and are comfortable working in evolving, dynamic contexts. /li liYou have native-level proficiency in Italian and professional fluency in English. /li liYou are either based in Milan or can easily reach it. /li /ul h3Perks and benefits /h3 ul liHybrid working environment, combining regular in-person work on a weekly basis with remote flexibility. /li liFree access to all our co-working spaces across Europe and all our Master courses. /li liMeal vouchers and a €1,000 welfare budget to spend as you like /li liMumDad policy offering (even more) flexible remote work options for expecting parents, a €1,000 bonus, and additional leave for dads to bond with their child. /li liAn extra 6 working days of vacation each year, on top of local regulations. /li liDecember 24 and 31 automatically become holidays when they fall on weekdays. /li liCompany-provided MacBook. /li liAccess to discounts, events, and networking opportunities at our co-working spaces. /li liP.S.
