Operational Excellence Site Leader

Overview

In this role, you will oversee site performance and drive a culture of transparency and proactive problem‑solving. You will identify strategic advances for the site and align with the global strategy to achieve customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will formalize initiatives in a site roadmap and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery while promoting continuous improvement and lean standardization. You will coach leadership and develop change agents to transform the site into a leaner, more efficient operating model.Benefits

• Lead site transformation toward a leaner and more efficient operating model

Responsibilities

• Lean Six Sigma knowledge (Black Belt preferred)
• Root cause analysis
• Statistics
• LEAN manufacturing with focus on reducing WIPs, bottlenecks, and increasing yields/OEE/Productivity
