The candidate will be a full “Partner” of business structures, supporting them in all organizational issues embedded in their day-to-day activities.

What you'll need to succeed

Our Ideal Intern / Graduate:

For Internship positions:

• University student attending a master’s degree, enrolled throughout the internship period, available for 6 months.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with interest in Investment Banking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Motivated, curious, proactive and eager to learn about the complexities of Investment Banking.

For Graduate positions:

• Excellent university degree with strong academic records.
• Relevant international experience.
• Confidence to take on early responsibility.
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
