Logistics Area Manager, FC Operations

Overview

In this Area Manager role, you will lead site operations to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time order fulfillment. You'll drive productivity through process improvements and cross-team collaboration, while mentoring new managers. You'll own safety culture, monitor performance, and push for operational excellence across shifts. This is a hands-on leadership position that shapes how a Fulfillment Center delivers for customers at scale.

• Create and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant people management experience
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence decisions
• Advanced proficiency in English (CEFR C1)
