Junior AI & Digital Automation Specialist

The Project

At Cluxter, we are structuring our new integrated operational platform: a smart ecosystem built on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI that will connect the entire product lifecycle (Client → Project → Product → Prototyping → Sampling → Costing → Industrialization → Production → Quality Control → Delivery).

We are looking for a student, recent graduate, or Junior profile eager to lead this digital transformation with us, building operational tools and automated workflows from scratch.

What you will do:

• Develop and optimize databases, workflows, and automations within the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environment.
• Build monitoring dashboards and data analysis tools to support operations.
• Experiment with and integrate AI solutions (e.g., Copilot Studio, APIs) into business workflows.

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and Digital Transformation.
• Proficiency in Excel and structured data management.
• Familiarity with or strong interest in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Lists / SharePoint.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Python, API integration, Copilot Studio, and the Azure environment.
