We regularly review applications and may reach out proactively if your profile aligns with our future hiring needs.Your role in this journeyDepending on the opportunity, your role could include:SalesIdentify and reach out to vacation rental owners (primarily via cold calling).Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving targets.Travel within your region to meet partners and gain market insights.Contribute to local events and initiatives to grow Holidu’s presence.Account ManagementBe the main point of contact for hosts using our platform in Italy Northwest.Support partners during onboarding and ensure a smooth go-live process.Advise hosts on how to optimize their performance and grow their business.Build long-term relationships through regular check-ins and business reviews.Analyze account performance and implement data-driven improvements.Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Content, etc.) to enhance partner experience.Organize networking and community events for hosts.Your backpack is filled withStrong interest in Sales and/or Account Management.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.A proactive, hands-on and target-driven mindset.A structured, solution-oriented way of working.Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.Near-native Italian and fluent English.Driver’s license.Experience in sales, account management, tourism, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.Our adventure includesImpact: Shape the future of travel with products used by millions of guests and thousands of hosts.
