Service Management Deputy Team Lead

Today, we are privileged to have in our team the best individuals in each sector we operate within the financial services industry. /ppbService Management Deputy Team Lead /b, you will act as the key link between technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors, driving service quality, operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement across the organization. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliOwn and develop the Service Management framework and operating model /liliGovern Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Level Management processes /liliDefine and monitor KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and service performance dashboards /liliLead operational governance reviews, major incident follow-ups, and service improvement initiatives /liliManage vendor performance, contractual commitments, and service quality /liliSupport budget planning, cost optimization, and financial governance /liliDrive automation, simplification, and service maturity initiatives /liliPartner with Engineering, Operations, Risk, Audit, Security, and business stakeholders /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulli10+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Service Management /lili5+ years of experience in leadership, governance, or service delivery roles /liliStrong knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices /liliHands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management /liliExperience managing vendors, service providers, and operational performance /liliStrong stakeholder management, reporting, and communication skills /liliExperience working in large enterprise environments /li /ulh3Nice to Have: /h3ulliBanking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries /liliServiceNow or other ITSM platforms /liliAutomation, AIOps, operational analytics, or continuous improvement initiatives /liliProject or program management experience /li /ulh3Our offer: /h3ulliCompetitive remuneration on B2B contract /liliAccess to Mindgram – mental health well-being platform /liliFree gym at Q22 /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
