Civil Structural Engineer - PMC | Onshore Modularization

bSenior Civil Structural Engineer – PMC /b, with strong experience in bindustrial modularized projects /b and specific expertise in bOnshore Modularization /b. /ppThe successful candidate will operate as a bPMC (Project Management Consultancy) /b, acting as the Client's technical reference for bCivil Structural Engineering and Modularization /b activities. /ppThe role will also involve acting as a bTechnical Advisor /b, supporting the Client in technical and design decisions, challenging proposed solutions where necessary, and supervising the engineering activities carried out by contractors. /ppA strong bmultidisciplinary understanding of the plant /b is required, together with practical experience in module configuration, transportation, lifting, handling and installation. /ppbr/ppbLocation: /b Milan /ppbr/ppKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /pulliAct as the bClient's technical representative /b, supervising contractor engineering activities. /liliReview and verify engineering activities related to bCivil, Structural and Modularization /b disciplines. /liliProvide btechnical advice /b and recommend alternative and optimized design solutions. /liliReview bOnshore modularized plant configurations /b, considering structures, equipment, piping and interfaces. /liliManage and verify interfaces between bPAUs, pipe racks, structures and equipment /b. /liliAssess module configurations considering btransportation, lifting, handling and installation requirements /b. /liliEvaluate blegs-up / legs-down /b configurations according to structural and transportation requirements. /liliReview bmodule connection and interface solutions /b. /liliCoordinate interfaces between bCivil, Structural, Piping, Mechanical, Process and EI /b disciplines. /liliIdentify technical issues and propose balternative engineering solutions and improvements /b to the Client. /liliParticipate in bDesign Reviews, Technical Meetings and Coordination Meetings /b with the Client, contractors and suppliers. /liliMonitor engineering progress and ensure the correct implementation of bmodularization strategies /b. /liliSupport the Client in assessing technical solutions in terms of bconstructability, transportation, installation and overall project efficiency /b. /li /ulpbr/ppREQUIREMENTS /pulliBachelor's or Master's Degree in bCivil Engineering, Structural Engineering /b or equivalent. /liliSolid experience (at least 10 years of experience) in bOnshore industrial, Oil Gas or Energy projects /b. /liliSignificant experience in bOnshore modularized industrial projects /b. /liliStrong knowledge of bindustrial structures and modularized plant configurations /b. /liliGood knowledge of bPAUs, pipe racks, modular structures and equipment /b. /liliProven experience in assessing bmodule transportation, lifting, handling and installation requirements /b. /liliSolid understanding of bModularization Engineering /b principles and methodologies. /liliPrevious experience in bPMC, Engineering Management, Technical Coordination or Client Representation /b roles. /liliAbility to effectively interface with bClients, contractors and suppliers /b. /liliGood command of bEnglish /b. /li /ulpbr/ppCOMPLETING THE PROFILE /pulliStrong boverall plant perspective /b and multidisciplinary approach. /liliAbility to independently assess and develop bengineering solutions /b, rather than simply implementing predefined instructions. /liliStrong bTechnical Advisory and Problem-Solving /b skills. /liliAbility to challenge engineering solutions and guide the Client towards the most effective configuration in terms of bstructure, transportation, installation, schedule and cost /b. /liliStrong technical leadership and bmultidisciplinary interface management /b skills. /liliPragmatic, analytical and solution-oriented approach. /liliAbility to operate effectively in a bPMC environment /b, representing the Client's technical interests towards contractors and suppliers. /li /ulpbr/ppThe salary for this role ranges from €(60.000) to €(80.000) /ppThe position is governed by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce and Tertiary Sector applied by our company. /ppThe final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria. /ppIn exceptional cases, where a candidate's profile significantly exceeds the requirements associated with the stated salary range, a review
