This role will support digital transformation efforts by enabling users to adopt SAP S/4HANA through strategic, learner-centric solutions.Core responsibilities* Design and implement end-to-end learning strategies tailored to SAP S/4HANA PPDS implementations and rollouts.* Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning interventions across business functions.* Create engaging, accessible learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, job aids, and system simulations.* Partner with SAP functional teams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR) to translate business processes and system changes into practical training resources.* Deliver training sessions virtually and in-person for end users, super users, and stakeholder groups.* Support change management activities to drive user adoption and minimize business disruption during go-live and post-go-live phases.* Measure training effectiveness using established KPIs and iterate on learning solutions to improve outcomes.* Administer Learning Management Systems to enroll learners, monitor progress, and report on training metrics.* Provide post-go-live support and develop continuous learning programs to sustain capability.Required qualifications and skills* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related discipline.* Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in Learning & Development or training roles.* Demonstrated, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PPDS through implementation, rollout, or training activities.* Solid understanding of SAP business processes (for example, Finance, Procurement, Order-to-Cash).* Practical knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Agile Learning, or equivalent).* Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate or Captivate).* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly training.Preferred qualifications* Experience participating in large-scale SAP transformation programs.* Familiarity with change management frameworks (for example, Prosci or ADKAR).* Relevant certifications (SAP S/4HANA, CPLP, CIPD, or equivalent) are advantageous.* Experience working in global or cross-cultural environments.Key competencies* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced transformation environments.* Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning solutions.If you are a learning professional with a focus on SAP S/4HANA PPDS and a passion for enabling successful digital transformation through practical, measurable learning interventions, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
