German Sales Executive AI Technology Barcelona with Relocation Package

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join a growing team supporting one of the world's leading AI technology companies. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing the complete sales cycle, and helping clients grow through innovative AI-powered advertising solutions.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Spain . Previous sales experience is mandatory , and cold calling experience is considered a strong advantage .

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored AI advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B2).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, online advertising, and the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Previous experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or lead qualification.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with senior decision-makers.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Strong self-prospecting abilities and a proactive sales approach.Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet revenue targets.
• Experience managing customer databases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultative sales methodologies.
• Client-facing product or solution sales experience.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, advertising platforms, or AdTech solutions.
• Experience working with high-value or high-potential business clients.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: €30,000 gross per year.
• Performance Bonus: Up to €5,175 gross per year with no earning cap.
