We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Energy Storage Business Sector as an ESS Project Manager in Italy . Curious about what this role involves? Let's dive in:
- Lead and manage ESS projects across Europe, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources efficiently.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Oversee project payment milestones and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Ensure quality standards are met and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
- 2-3+ years of project management experience in energy storage, renewables, or technical infrastructure sectors.
- Native Italian and English at C1 level
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Proven ability to manage teams and build strong customer relationships.
- Skilled in solution-based project management and contract negotiation.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM are highly desirable.
