Project Manager - SaaS PLM

ppWe are looking for an experienced bProject Manager /b to lead the delivery of bSaaS PLM /b implementation projects for clients in the food manufacturing industry. /p h3Context: /h3 pAs bProject Manager /b and part of the Professional Services team, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of SaaS PLM projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality delivery. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholders at all levels, and support customers as they adopt and integrate PLM best practices into their operations. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liManage end‑to‑end delivery of SaaS PLM implementation and enhancement projects for food manufacturing clients. /li liBuild and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and resource allocation. /li liCoordinate internal teams across Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support. /li liServe as the primary project contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout all phases. /li liLead regular status reviews and Steering Committees with both technical and executive stakeholders. /li liEnsure application of Agile and Waterfall methodologies in accordance with internal standards. /li liValidate deliverables and ensure they meet functional, regulatory, and quality expectations typical of the food manufacturing sector. /li liIdentify opportunities for further services, process optimization, and value expansion within customer accounts. /li /ul h3Key skills and requirements: /h3 ul li5+ years of experience managing software or SaaS implementation projects. /li liSolid understanding of bSDLC /b, enterprise application deployment, and cloud SaaS environments. /li liExperience with bPLM /b, ideally within food, manufacturing, or regulated industries. /li liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields. /li liStrong communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentation skills. /li liAbility to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams. /li liProficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus. /li liWillingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally. /li /ul h3Preferred qualifications: /h3 ul liPMP or similar project management certification. /li liExperience working with PLM or SaaS platforms in food manufacturing contexts. /li /ul h3What can you expect from us? /h3 pSpace and encouragement to suggest ideas and solutions /p pInternational and multicultural environment /p pInternal Academy which is enriched day by day /p pAmazing events from our Happiness Committee /p h3About Trace One /h3 pTrace One is a premier SaaS provider of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and compliance solutions, specializing in the food beverage, cosmetics, personal care, and chemical industries.
