ppbHUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER /b /p h3Main Purpose /h3 pMain Purpose:br/The purpose of the HR Manager is ensuring that the Company People strategy is embedded in the property, being a trusted partner to the leadership team and actively contributing to the hotel success.br/Reports to: Area Director of HR, Sicily and in dotted line to the General Manager. /p h3Main duties and responsibilities /h3 ul liIn charge of day to day HR operations /li liFoster a workplace culture that inspires and engages our People, where everyone feel valued /li liShape a positive employee experience through all the employee life cycle /li liEmbed a performance management approach by ensuring that managers and all team member have smart objectives, receive regular feedback and continuously develop competencies /li liWork with the Management to develop and act people-oriented and engaging activities (e.g. Team Building, Staff Parties); /li liSupport the HODs in analyzing the results of the Engagement Survey and in planning action plans; /li liCooperate with the Personnel Administrator to ensure that hr administration practices are compliant with national law and aligned to Company culture; /li liSupport the leadership team in managing workplace conflicts in a positive and proactive way; /li liManage disciplinary processes in cooperation with Area HR Director; /li liSupport the Regional Recruitment Team in the entire hiring process, including interviewing and overviewing the HODs’ required actions; /li liWork together with the Regional Recruitment Manager in organizing school visits, Company meetings and in attending local Career and Job Fairs; /li liEngage and partner with HODs to identify learning opportunities and needs and report them to the LD Manager; /li liManage the newcomers onboarding process, delivering the Induction program; /li liSupport the LD Manager in organizing trainings, managing every logistical need; /li liProvide advice on personal development plans and contribute to introduce systems that identify employees with high potential, develop career paths for succession planning and self-development. /li liOrganise HS training and monitor certificates compliance and expiring dates /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liPermanent contract according to C.C.N.L. Modifies behaviour to accommodate for certain individuals, situations and different tasks. /li liPersonal and team development: Seeks opportunities to learn and to develop themselves and others in order to add value to the performance of the department and hotel. /li liBusiness awareness: Understands the direct connection between day-to-day service delivery and how it impacts departmental, hotel and company success. /li liService excellence: acts as Company Ambassador, delivering its style and its culture to every stakeholder in order to be successful. /li liTechnically skilled: Demonstrates and understands job requirements and displays the technical skills and knowledge required to perform job well and in line with the Company culture. /li /ul h3Other requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience in Human Resources in the same role; hospitality area is preferred; /li liEnglish knowledge at Advanced level; /li liBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent; /li liStrong computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office; /li liSelf-motivated with high-performance standards and strong emphasis on quality of work; /li liProven organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment; /li liSolid work ethic, characterized by integrity, reliability, accountability and respect for others; /li liEvidence of self-development through readings, participation to workshops, professional courses. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
