About the role

Step into a pivotal role where you’ll shape how we connect with communities and build a sustainable regional workforce across Asset West. Based in Roma, you’ll lead workforce and social performance strategies that strengthen community partnerships, support local employment, and ensure we continue to earn and maintain our social licence to operate. This is your opportunity to make a visible impact—both inside the business and across the regions we serve.

What will you bring

• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders across communities, industry and government.
• Experience delivering community engagement, social performance or regional workforce initiatives.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence, represent the business and navigate complex conversations.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse regional trends and develop practical solutions.
• Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes
• Preferred candidates will be asked to pass a medical check, national criminal history check and two reference checks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, HRM, Business or a related field is highly regarded, or solid experience in the field.
