HSE Specialist - Caivano (Fixed-Term Contract)

We are currently looking for a Health Safety & Environment Specialist for our Fresystem plant in Caivano (NA). This is an initial 12‑month fixed term contract. You will support the Health & Safety department in monitoring compliance through risk assessment updates, training activities, audits, sustainability reporting, and maintenance of the management system. Responsibilities

• Continuously update risk assessments and the HSE training plan.
• Ensure all documentation required by authorities, consultants and external bodies is properly managed.
• Assist in planning and delivering mandatory training and track related deadlines.
• Help manage medical surveillance activities and oversee the follow‑up of fitness certificates.
• Monitor key health & safety indicators and contribute to periodic reporting.
• Provide operational guidance on the practical interpretation of regulatory requirements and corporate standards.
• Conduct audits and inspections, track the progress of action plans, and maintain procedures within the ISO 45001 Management System.
• Develop and disseminate local operating instructions such as LOTOTO, MOC and Confined Space procedures.
• Support coaching initiatives, on‑job training and HSE communication campaigns such as Safety Day.
