Customer Collection Account
La risorsa, a riporto del Other Channels Credit Collection Coordinator, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
• Garantire il rispetto delle condizioni di pagamento concordate da parte dei clienti;
• Monitorare il rispetto dei fidi assegnati;
• Gestire i solleciti di pagamento e i blocchi/sblocchi delle forniture (per scaduto o esubero fido);
• Assicurare la corretta e tempestiva registrazione degli incassi sui conti clienti;
• Gestire e risolvere eventuali contestazioni;
• Predisporre reportistica e analisi.
• Gradita esperienza nell'utilizzo di SAP;
• Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving;
• Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e per priorità;
• Forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
• Empatia e determinazione nella gestione delle criticità;
• La provenienza settore Food verrà considerata un plus Si offre un contratto in sostituzione maternità di 6 mesi in somministrazione.
La RAL prevista è tra i 28k e i 33k.

Orario di lavoro: full time dal lunedì al venerdì con possibilità di 6 giorni di smart working al mese
