Overview
In questo ruolo, potrai guidare lo sviluppo Java Enterprise all'interno di una suite assicurativa, contribuendo all'evoluzione di sistemi core Vita e Danni. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con Project Manager, Business Analyst e Architect per definire soluzioni robuste e scalabili. Avrai responsabilità tecniche e di coordinamento del team, mantenendo un approccio hands-on nello sviluppo. L'opportunità è ideale per chi vuole plasmare architetture e guidare trasformazioni nel settore assicurativo con pratiche moderne di software engineering. Unisciti per guidare scelte architetturali chiave e crescere come leader tecnico nel contesto di progetti ad alto impatto.

Responsabilità
- Guidare progettazione, sviluppo ed evoluzione di applicazioni Java enterprise
- Guidare e mentore il team di 8-10 sviluppatori
- Definire architetture robuste, scalabili e manutenibili
- Collaborare con PM, BA, Architect e stakeholder per iniziative complesse
- Partecipare attivamente allo sviluppo e gestione delle criticita progettuali
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea in Informatica o Ingegneria Informatica (o STEM)
- ≥5 anni di esperienza Java Enterprise
- Java 8/11+ e Jakarta EE / Java EE
- Spring Framework e Spring Boot
- Esperienza di leadership (Team Leader o Technical Lead)
- Esperienza in progetti assicurativi e conoscenza della suite RGI PASS Insurance
- Architetture e integrazione enterprise (REST, SOAP, microservizi)
- Database relazionali e SQL, (Git/GitLab, CI/CD, DevOps)
- Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native delivery
- Leadership e mentoring
- Problem solving orientato agli obiettivi
- Comunicazione efficace e lavoro di squadra
- Java Enterprise (Java EE/Jakarta EE)
- Spring Framework e Spring Boot
- REST e Web Services (SOAP)
