Sustainability Specialist

ppFor our Group Compliance Department, within the ESG Division, we are looking for a bSustainability Specialist /b to join our Corporate team. /ppThe selected candidate will support the development and implementation of the Group’s sustainability strategy, contribute to the definition and monitoring of ESG objectives and KPIs, and assist in sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement activities. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the definition and implementation of the Group sustainability strategy by contributing to ESG projects and initiatives. /liliAssist in defining sustainability KPIs and targets (Environmental, Social Governance) and monitor their progress. /liliCollaborate with key business functions, including Operations, Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, and other departments, to integrate sustainable practices into business processes. /liliManage data collection and coordinate the completion and submission of sustainability ratings, ESG assessments, and questionnaires requested by customers, investors, and other stakeholders. /liliCoordinate and support internal and external ESG audits. /liliPrepare and coordinate sustainability reporting activities, including Sustainability Reports, Double Materiality Assessments, CSRD/ESRS disclosures, and GRI reporting frameworks. /liliPrepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders. /liliMonitor developments in sustainability legislation and support the implementation of regulatory requirements across the Group. /liliOperate in compliance with the requirements of the Company's Integrated Management System. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields. /liliPrevious experience, even limited (approximately 1 year), in sustainability-related roles within manufacturing companies or consulting firms. /liliBasic knowledge of CSRD/ESRS standards and major ESG reporting frameworks. /liliUnderstanding of Carbon Footprint methodologies, including Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions. /liliStrong analytical skills and experience in data management, with advanced Excel knowledge; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is considered an advantage. /liliExcellent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level). /liliAbility to manage priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional projects effectively. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact successfully with both internal and external stakeholders. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliMaster's degree or specialized training in ESG, Sustainability, or related disciplines. /liliInternal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, or equivalent standards. /liliKnowledge of a second foreign language, particularly Spanish or German. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliInitial fixed-term employment contract with the goal of permanent employment. /liliCompetitive salary package, with a starting gross annual salary ranging from b€33,000 to €39,000 /b, depending on experience and qualifications. /liliOpportunity to work in a dynamic and international industrial environment. /liliHybrid working opportunities. /liliProfessional development and growth within a rapidly evolving ESG and Sustainability function. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
