Senior Financial And Investment Analyst

We are looking for a Financial and Investment Analyst to join our dynamic and expanding team in Italy. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating forecasts, preparing reports, and developing presentations for the investment committee to support strategic decision-making in our projects.

Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain financial models for project acquisitions, financings and M&A activities

· Prepare market reports,, periodical reports, investment memorandums, and project teasers

· Assist with the origination, negotiation, and closing of finance and M&A transactions

· Analyze investment drivers, perform sensitivity analyses, and assess tax and regulatory implications

· Conduct research, analyse investment drivers, perform sensitivity analyses

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a related field

· Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and financial modeling abilities

· At least 2 years of experience in a related field

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritize tasks

· Experience with a Big Four firm is a plus

· Fluency in Italian and English

Salary package

· €40,000–€50,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus
