Experteer OverviewIn this role, you lead HSE strategy for an oil & gas project, ensuring safety, compliance, and risk management across the project lifecycle. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver robust HSE systems, audits, and emergency procedures that protect client interests and project outcomes. You’ll engage with stakeholders at all levels to drive safety performance, from FEED through commissioning. This is a critical, impact-focused role at a leading program management firm.Retribuzione / BenefitsDevelop and implement HSE systems and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and industry codes.Lead technical safety studies (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, FERA, QRA, etc.) and deliver formal safety assessments.Coordinate and deliver safety studies across the project lifecycle (conceptual phase to operations).Review and approve HSE deliverables and HSE plans from EPIC/EPC contractors.Manage internal HSE audits and ensure reporting through Accident Reporting System.Provide technical leadership on process safety assurance and compliance assessments.Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to maintain safety standards under pressure.Ensure readiness for FEED, Detailed Design, construction, precommissioning, commissioning, and operations phases.ResponsabilitàFifteen years of work experience in the discipline after BSc.Excellent written and spoken English;
