Join KPMG Advisory in Rome to drive customer-centric transformation using strategic frameworks and data analytics. You will map and optimize the customer lifecycle, design organizational and tech changes, and shape multi-channel strategies to boost growth. You’ll work with cross-functional teams on market sizing, journey mapping, and digital initiatives, delivering actionable plans and business cases. • Define market sizing, trends, opportunities and threats in customer experience
• Benchmark competitors and identify differentiating opportunities in Customer & Digital
• Analyze and segment customers and identify needs
• Map the Customer Journey and identify pain points and moments of truth
• Analyze Voice of the Customer and close feedback loops
• Evaluate digital marketing channel performance across the journey
• Define and prioritize evolutionary Customer strategy and action plans
• Re-engineer digital processes and roadmap change
• Identify channel strategy based on a Data & Analytics approach
• Design and implement customer experience scorecards
• Launch new digital initiatives and quantify growth for ecommerce
• Assess costs and revenue impacts and prepare business plans

Responsabilità

• Master’s degree with a quantitative approach (Business, Engineering or Marketing)
• Strong numerical and data analysis capability
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent English, study/work abroad preferred
