Responsabilità

• Build and manage strategic account plans for named Life Sciences accounts in Italy
• Lead complex, end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to contract
• Partner with product specialists and solutions architects to design and position Salesforce solutions
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders to drive long-term customer success and revenue growth

Requisiti fondamentali

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage C-level executives with a consultative approach
• Experience selling into Life Sciences accounts (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, or Diagnostics)
• Fluent in Italian and English
