Process Quality Engineer

ppThe Process Quality Engineer is responsible for analyzing issues and non-conformities within manufacturing processes, identifying their root causes, and implementing corrective actions. The role involves close interaction with various internal departments and collaboration in activities related to the achievement and periodic audits of quality certifications. /ppThis position reports directly to the Poltrona Frau In Motion Quality Manager. /ph3Main activities /h3ulliensuring dedicated oversight of the Quality Management System within the In Motion Business Unit /liliacting as a team leader in process investigations and in the definition of corrective action plans ensuring their implementation and effectiveness /lilimanaging customer product complaints, including inspection and reporting activities on returned goods, and recording them in the company database /liliassisting customer auditors and third-party auditors during assessments of the In Motion Management System /lilisupporting activities related to internal PCPA-1DP processes /liliperforming product audits on a sample basis across all active product lines (dock audits) /lilisupporting the Engineering department in the preparation and updating of PFMEAs, material control plans, and process control plans /liliconducting Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies for new projects when required /liliperforming statistical analyses of manufacturing processes when necessary /liliproviding support in the preparation and updating of In Motion Management and Technical Procedures, as well as related documentation /lilipromoting corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions related to process control activities /lilicontributing to the development and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) /lilisupporting and carrying out internal system audits /li /ulh3Education and experience /h3ullidegree in Management Engineering /liliat least 3 years of experience in Quality environment /lilifluent English, both written and spoken /li /ulh3Skills and competencies /h3ullistrong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal stakeholders /liliresults-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on achieving quality objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction /liliexcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions in a timely manner /lilianalytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and reports to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives /lilistrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and manage expectations effectively /liliability to adapt to a dynamic and continuously evolving work environment /li /ulh3Workplace /h3pMontegranaro (FM). /ph3Conditions /h3pThe position offers a employee classification with a gross annual salary of € in line with CCNL Legno Arredo Industria collective agreement.
