Junior Associate Capital Markets department

Overview

As a Junior Associate in the Capital Markets - Structured Finance, Regulatory and Investment Funds group, you support complex financial transactions and regulatory matters at a leading international law firm. You collaborate across a global practice to structure innovative deals and assist with fund formation and related regulatory work. You will work closely with cross-border teams, gaining exposure to both issuers and managers. This role offers a path in a meritocratic, team-focused environment with emphasis on learning and high-quality client service.

Responsabilità

• Support securitisations, NPLs, covered bonds, project bonds, secured debt, and bespoke structured finance transactions
• Assist on financial regulation matters, regulatory changes, and related client advisories
• Aid in fund formation, licensing, marketing, reorganisation, and liquidation of regulated investment funds
• Collaborate with colleagues across international offices on complex deals
• Contribute to high-quality client service in a global, relationship-driven context

Requisiti fondamentali

• Law Degree from an Italian university with excellent academic credentials
• New graduate with an interest in Capital Markets matters
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• English proficiency at C1 level
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
