About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Director of Strategic Partnerships based in Milan—a luxury industry veteran with the influence and network to open doors at the highest levels of Italian luxury houses (Gucci, Prada, Bulgari, Bottega Veneta, Fendi, Valentino, Loro Piana, etc.). Responsibilities

  • Maison Relations & Licensing: Act as the primary liaison between Yibi Group and Italian Luxury Maisons. Secure exclusive licensing agreements for untapped lifestyle categories (Lifestyle, Home, Tech‑Accessories, Premium Hardware).
  • Strategic Growth Pitching: Present Yibi Group’s unique “Dual‑Model”: combining jewelry‑grade manufacturing precision with senior e‑commerce mastery to drive significant new revenue streams in China.
  • Capitalizing on “Made in China” Excellence: Articulate the value of China’s advanced manufacturing ecosystem for brand extensions, ensuring every artifact aligns with the Maison’s aesthetic standards.
  • C‑Suite Engagement: Leverage your existing network to navigate the organizational structures of major luxury groups, ensuring our vision reaches global decision‑makers in Brand Development and Licensing.
Qualifications
  • The Milanese Luxury Network: 12+ years of experience within the Italian luxury ecosystem. Direct access to decision‑makers in Milan’s Quadrilatero della Moda and beyond.
Required Skills
  • Commercial Mastery: Proven track record in Brand Licensing or Category Extension. Ability to translate heritage into high‑growth commercial realities without diluting brand equity.
