We develop robotics & automation technologies starting from early concepts, validate them through prototyping and testing, and drive their adoption into reliable, scalable industrial systems. Within a multidisciplinary Innovation team, you will be engaged in research, development and validation of robotics solutions from medium Technology Readiness Level (TRL) to industrialization following our digital transformation roadmap. Partner with the best As a Robotics Engineer, you will work in a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to automation and robotics initiatives while continuously developing your technical and professional skills. In this role, you will be responsible for:- Contribute to automation and robotics projects, supporting activities across different project phases and on different TRLs, including technical planning, coordination, and progress tracking.
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, service, and sourcing teams, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of industrial solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and project updates to communicate progress and results.
- Identify and support process improvement and automation opportunities in industrial and laboratory environments.
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of automation and robotics roadmaps, aligned with business and technology needs.
- Collaborate with universities, research centers, and technology partners, contributing to innovation and early‑stage technology evaluation.
- Participate in technology scouting activities and support supplier and solution assessments.
- Support the definition of technical specifications and contribute to technical and economic evaluations.
- Take part in design reviews, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for industrialized solutions.
- Participate in Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) assessments during laboratory testing, piloting, and industrialization.
- Support laboratory activities, including equipment usage, maintenance coordination, and introduction of new tools and instruments.
- Master’s Degree in Engineering (Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, or related fields).
- Background, experience or exposure to automation, robotics, AI, or industrial systems, gained through academic projects, research, or professional experience.
- Interest in industrial robotics, automation systems, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Awareness of safety principles in laboratory or industrial environments.
- Motivation to grow technically, take increasing responsibility, and contribute to impactful projects.
