In this role, you'll play a relevant part in shaping data-driven strategies and optimizing operations across our organization. /p h3Which is the main purpose of this job? /h3 pAs Data Analyst Intern, you will join the Transformation Performance Improvement team. /p pYou’ll support the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to align with organizational goals. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will support decision-making processes and continuous improvement initiatives. /p pYou’ll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, identifying trends, and optimizing efficiency through insightful data analysis. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liCreate and update Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI views to monitor business performance and support decision-making. /li liPerform exploratory and statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers, working with internal teams to translate business needs into actionable insights. /li liCollect, clean, validate, and combine data from spreadsheets, databases, and operational sources, supporting repeatable data-preparation and ETL workflows using Python, SQL, and Databricks. /li /ul h3Your Profile: /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. /li liHands‑on experience with Power BI and related use cases. /li liProficiency in Python for statistical analysis, data cleaning and visualization. /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liFluency in English and Italian. /li /ul pAt Bracco, we are committed to diversity and inclusion.
