Director of ABM & Lean Transformation

Process Automation Solutions GmbH in Ravenna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy seeks a Director of ABM to drive the ATS Business Model across the organization and enable lean execution. You will guide growth-focused actions, coordinate with ERP/CRM, and lead cross-functional teams to translate strategy into measurable results.
This strategic leadership role requires 4–8 years in operations or management, MBA preferred, and strong communication across languages.
