GUCCI WRTW Collection Merchandising Manager

Overview

In this role you will support the WRTW collection development to address market opportunities while preserving brand image and excellence. You will work with Design and cross-functional teams to shape the collection, monitor trends, and coordinate product development and campaigns. You'll define pricing, margins, and grids, while managing day-to-day operations and providing sales analyses to key stakeholders. This position offers impact on product strategy and customer-facing assortments within a leading luxury house.

Responsabilità

• Define the collection structure and analyze selling trends in collaboration with the Merchandising Director and Design team
• Monitor competition and region inputs to anticipate opportunities for the category
• Contribute to master order activities and assortments to balance global product mix
• Coordinate collection advancements with product development
• Support sales campaigns and production of materials and buying tools
• Define pricing and margin strategy within each collection and set target costs
• Manage daily operations (code creation, product shootings, special orders follow-up)
• Create and update sales analyses (sell-in and sell-out) for stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments on collection presentation and marketability briefing
• Partner with Training to develop product info and training materials for regional buyers
• Define markdown lists and lifecycle products

Requisiti fondamentali

• 6-8 years of senior merchandising experience in fashion/luxury goods
• Educational background preferably in business management or similar
• Fluency in English
• Strong product sensitivity and passion for WRTW
• Excellent communication to liaise across departments
• Flexible mindset and adaptive personality
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ambition to exceed corporate goals and manage multiple tasks
