Export Sales Manager

Overview
In questo ruolo potrai guidare lo sviluppo del business export, gestendo campagne e opportunità con focus sui mercati esteri. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team internazionali per definire strategie di vendita, prezzo e negoziazioni, guidando relazioni con decisori e stakeholder chiave. Potrai contribuire al posizionamento di MBDA come leader globale nel settore missilistico, coordinando azioni tra vendite, cooperazione industriale e roadmap tecnico. È un ruolo orientato all’impatto strategico e al raggiungimento di obiettivi Commerciali su scala internazionale.
Responsabilità- Sviluppare il business export e identificare opportunit à nei mercati di riferimento
- Gestire relazioni con decisori politici, forze armate, advisor e stakeholder interni
- Definire e comunicare strategie di vendita e di campagna per paesi/regioni
- Stabilire obiettivi di prezzo e condurre negoziazioni commerciali per contratti export
- Briefing di stakeholder senior (inclusi C-level) su campagne e specificità territoriali
- Conoscenza approfondita dell’ambiente difesa e della sua catena decisionale
- Esperienza in contesti internazionali e consapevolezza interculturale
- Capacità di guidare team multinazionali
- Orientamento agli obiettivi e determinazione a vincere
- Competenza nelle vendite, preferibilmente export
- Esperienza export desiderabile
- Titoli di studio universitari o post-graduate desiderabili
- Consapevolezza interculturale
