We listen to their wishes to create the holiday they dream of. /p pWe care for and respect the territories that host us, their environment, and their development. /p pThanks to all this, and to our daily commitment, we are able to offer unforgettable experiences with all the passion and care of authentic Italian hospitality. /p h3POSITION OVERVIEW /h3 pAre you a senior digital marketing professional with a strong commercial mindset and the analytical skills to turn data into business decisions? /p pBluserena is looking for a bDigital Marketing Manager /b to accelerate digital growth, strengthen commercial performance and shape high-impact business and marketing initiatives across the Group. /p pReporting to the Director of Marketing Communication, you will play a key role in defining digital marketing priorities and translating customer, market and performance insights into strategies that drive acquisition, conversion, direct revenue, retention and loyalty. /p pThis role is designed for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, challenges assumptions through data and works closely with commercial teams to identify opportunities, set priorities and deliver measurable growth. /p h3LOCATION /h3 pThe position is open at our bHeadquarters /b in Pescara (Abruzzo), with the possibility of remote working according to company policy. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liContribute to shaping and execute the Group’s Digital Marketing Growth strategy, aligning marketing priorities with commercial, revenue and brand objectives /li liUse customer, market and performance data to identify business opportunities and support strategic and commercial decisions /li liDevelop growth initiatives across customer segments, channels and touchpoints, building clear business cases and measurable targets /li liLead the digital customer journey across acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention and loyalty /li liPlan and optimize full-funnel performance marketing across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, Metasearch, E-mail Marketing and Affiliate channels /li liDrive direct revenue, ROAS, conversion and ROI through continuous testing, analysis and budget optimization /li liManage and drive the evolution of the website, booking engine, UX and CRO to improve customer experience and commercial performance /li liDevelop CRM and loyalty initiatives through segmentation, personalization, customer profiling and marketing automation /li liPartner with Revenue Management, Sales, Brand and Operations to turn commercial priorities into integrated marketing actions /li liBuild dashboards, forecasts and performance reviews, translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders /li liManage budgets and external media, digital, CRM and technology partners, ensuring accountability and quality of execution /li liPromote a test-and-learn culture, digital innovation and continuous improvement across digital marketing activities and cross-functional initiatives /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liAt least 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or comparable roles /li liProven experience leading digital marketing strategies, teams, agencies and cross-functional initiatives /li liStrong commercial mindset, with a track record of connecting marketing actions to revenue, conversion, profitability and business growth /li liExcellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data, customer insights and market trends into strategic choices and actionable plans /li liAdvanced knowledge of Performance Marketing, CRM, Marketing Automation and Digital Analytics /li liSolid expertise in customer journeys, CRO, UX and digital conversion optimization /li liExperience managing budgets, forecasts, external partners and performance against business targets /li liStrategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills and a strong bias for action /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
