Senior Solution Delivery Consultant - Milan and Rome

ph3WHY CAST /h3 pCAST is the global pioneer and market leader in Software Intelligence, a category it has defined and shaped for over three decades. Founded in 1990 and headquartered in New York City and Meudon, near Paris, CAST today operates across North America, Europe, and Asia with a global team of more than 1,200 professionals. /p pCAST's platform gives technology leaders the ability to make informed decisions based on objective, automated insights extracted directly from their organization's custom code and software architecture — replacing guesswork with evidence. Whether the goal is assessing the risk profile of a target company's codebase ahead of an acquisition, or accelerating internal development and modernization efforts, CAST enables a fundamental shift in how organizations understand and govern software. /p pCAST has positioned itself as the layer that makes AI reliable for large, business-critical codebases, systems too complex for a language model to reason about safely on its own. CAST Imaging lets AI move from guessing at code relationships to working from verified architectural facts, accelerating application understanding, business-rule extraction, change-impact analysis, technical-debt remediation, and the identification of safe microservice boundaries, with far less manual effort. CAST Imaging also includes a generative-AI assistant that lets users query an application's architecture in natural language and get answers visualized directly on the software map. Enterprise clients using this combination report that engagements that once took months are now completed in a matter of days. /p pCAST is also a co-founder of the Consortium for IT Software Quality (CISQ) and played a leading role in developing ISO/IEC 5055, the international standard for measuring software quality and structural risk — underscoring CAST's role in establishing the technical benchmarks the industry now relies on. /p pOver the years, CAST has built long-lasting relationships with Global 2000 enterprises and public institutions and has formed strategic partnerships with leading Global System Integrators (GSIs), major Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and top-tier advisory firms. Backed by nearly $200 million in cumulative RD investment, CAST continues to expand its footprint and deepen its presence in strategic markets worldwide. /p h3WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 pA Senior Solution Delivery Consultant at CAST plays a key role in ensuring the success of CAST services and solution delivery by supporting the rollout and ongoing operations across all key elements: project guidance, requirements gathering, advisory processes, technical delivery, adaptability to change, and coping with difficulties.
