Our Corporate Transactions Practice

We provide integrated corporate advice to clients throughout the business life cycle — including startups, private equity sponsors, investment funds, family offices, public companies, and financial institutions — on a broad range of corporate transactions, such as capital formation, financing arrangements, investment structures, business combinations, commercial partnerships, securities offerings, cross-border matters, and tax-focused planning.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for curious and driven penultimate or final-year law students who are eager to begin their legal career in an international law firm. You should have a genuine interest in Corporate and M&A , a strong appetite for learning .

Desired profile

• Strong academic credentials
• Fluent written and spoken English
• A proactive, collegial working style
• International experience, such as an Erasmus or exchange programme, is an advantage
