ppDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p pAre you passionate about Data, AI and building intelligent solutions that create real business impact? /p pWe are looking for an experienced Palantir Foundry AIP Engineer to join our team and work at the intersection of Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and business transformation. /p pThis is not just a traditional Data Engineering role. You will design and deliver AI-powered workflows, intelligent agents and applications leveraging the full Palantir Foundry ecosystem and Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP). /p h3What you'll do /h3 pDesign and build scalable data pipelines, transformations and applications within Palantir Foundry. /p pDevelop and deploy AI-powered use cases, including copilots, retrieval workflows and decision-support agents. /p pBuild intelligent workflows using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector search, embeddings and Ontology content. /p pApply Ontology-Augmented Generation (OAG) to support operational decision-making. /p pCollaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions. /p pWork alongside senior engineers on agent design, instructions, testing and evaluation using AIP native capabilities. /p pDrive end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to production deployment. /p pSupport business users in adopting Foundry and AIP solutions. /p pEnsure high standards of data quality, governance and responsible AI. /p h3What we're looking for /h3 p8+ years of experience in IT and Data. /p p5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Platform Engineer. /p p2+ years of hands-on experience with the Palantir Foundry ecosystem, including data integration, Ontology, pipelines and applications. /p p1+ year of practical experience with Palantir AIP, including AI-powered workflows, copilots, RAG or agent-based applications. /p pStrong knowledge of Python, PySpark, SQL and Data Modelling. /p pExperience connecting AI solutions with enterprise data sources, vector search and Ontology-based architectures. /p pAbility to work independently and engage directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. /p pStrong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset. /p h3Nice to have /h3 pFamiliarity with AIP Agent Studio, including agents, instructions, tools and testing. /p pExperience with AIP Evals and evaluation-driven AI development. /p pKnowledge of APIs, MCP and cloud integration patterns. /p pBackground in Consulting, Applied AI or Machine Learning. /p pPrevious experience working in Abu Dhabi or the wider MENA region. /p h3What makes this role exciting? /h3 pYou will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions that go beyond experimentation — building intelligent applications and agents designed to solve real business problems and deliver measurable outcomes. /p pIf you're passionate about combining Data Engineering, Generative AI and intelligent automation, we'd love to hear from you. /p h3We offer numerous benefits such as /h3 pFlexible work schedule /p pGreat company culture and friendly environment /p pWork within a fast-moving, exciting, and challenging environment /p pTalent development ecosystem /p pLuxoft Training Center services with ad-hoc leadership and technical programs /p pKnowledge sharing in professional communities /p pMeetings for knowledge sharing, celebrations, and brainstorming: your ideas count! /p pRegular team-building activities /p pVariety of discounts for our employees /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
