This is a true hunter role, fully dedicated to new business development: opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and expanding our footprint across the Italian aviation ecosystem. You will work in close collaboration with the Business Development Manager (focused on existing accounts), while taking ownership of new customer acquisition and territory expansion. /ph3What You Will Be Doing Herebr/ /h3ulliDrive new business development: identify, approach and win new customers across the Italian aviation ecosystem /liliBuild long-lasting relationships and create a strong, sustainable pipeline /liliSpend most of your time in the field, visiting airports, prospects, and partners /liliUnderstand customer needs and deliver tailored commercial solutions (GSE rental, leasing, maintenance) /liliLead negotiations and close deals end-to-end within defined commercial guidelines /liliEnsure smooth handover of new clients to internal teams /liliTrack performance and pipeline through structured reporting /liliAct as a market ambassador, monitoring competitors, pricing dynamics, and representing TCR at industry events /li /ulh3We Are Looking For An Individual Whobr/ /h3ulliA senior B2B sales professional with a strong track record in new business acquisition /liliA genuine hunter, motivated by opening new accounts and closing deals /liliIs a team player but comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role, managing a large territory /liliExperience selling complex solutions/services (aviation, transport, infrastructure, industrial services, machinery or leasing environments) /liliA strong negotiator with solid commercial judgement /liliWilling to travel extensively across Italy /liliFluent in Italian and English /liliExperience in airport environments, GSE, equipment/vehicle leasing is a strong plus. /li /ulh3What We Offerbr/ /h3ulliFull-time position /liliAttractive compensation package with total on-target earnings between €55,000 and €75,000, comprising fixed and variable components.
