Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /ph3Purpose of the Job /h3ulliPlan and manage all Test Commissioning activities for the project in support to the Project Manager ensuring application of the project’s strategy (including QCD commitment) and compliance with métier strategy, policies, standards, local regulations and professional standards /liliManage the TC team on field /liliCollaborate with the VV manager to define the VV strategy to be applied in lab and on field /li /ulh3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliResponsible of the QCD commitment of the TC Work Package /liliPro-actively manages the internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial and Warranty, and the external interfaces with Partners, third parties and Customers. /liliDeploys TC process on the field and make sure it is applied by the TC team within the project /liliPro-actively manages internal interfaces with project engineering, installation and external technical interfaces with Partners, Third Parties and Customers for TC activities /liliDelivers TC plans, procedures, method statements and coordinates staffing and training of the TC team. /liliPrepares and manages Test Commissioning works on field – Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics… /liliEnsures the EHS compliance (Zero deviation), reports and anticipates issues /liliManages the TC team: /liulliEnsures EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination /liliTrains and supports people in TC activities /liliParticipates to Subsystem Leader, Engineer and Technician assessment of competency /li /ulliManages the tools and organize accurate calibration /liliAnticipates issues and reports / alerts on a regular basis to the RC TCM and to the PM on progress, issues and risks on the project (EHS, TC work, System delivery…) /liliEnsures that all design related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context /liliMonitors/manages QCD performance delivery (including EHS and Railway safety) of the work package TC as per customer and solution / system requirements /liliIssues the REX on TC activities, and propose update / improvement of the TC way of working / process / tools and the TC Reference Library to optimize TC performance /li /ulpLocation: Bari, Bologna, Firenze or Rome site /ppSalary range: Visualizzare il telefono su click.jobroute.io; CCNL Metalmeccanico /ppYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
